I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. They get A+ in my book !!!!! Jeff R.
I had some troubles purchasing my subscription after my free trial and had a long wait using the chat feature. This app is extremely easy to use and straight forward, especially for someone like myself that isn't too tech savy. It has made my life so much more simpler without having the frustration of trying to figure out how to use and app and fill out those long documents!
Overall great value for the performance and features!
Great UI/UX, picks up all embedded objects from a multi-layer or flat PDF file. Reasonable subscription plan options and the signature/send to sign features are a game changer for a SaaS tool.
