At first, I was outraged that I had wasted 2 hours to fill in a form, only to realize that I couldn't afford what they were asking for me to print. So there was 2 hours wasted.

Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.

Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help.
The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.
