I was very upset that I wasn't told I'd have to pay until after I'd edited a very long file, but customer service gave me 30 days free when I brought this to their attention.
First experience was perfect. I'm having difficulty finding the current version of the form I need; specifically, the 2014 Revision of the Standard Agreement for the sale of real estate/Pennsylvania.
I like being able to erase a single line with ease, draw the arrows and insert text with different colors! The ease of loading and saving is nice. Awesome program! Thanks.

Great listener and completed all tasks I requested. Was very patient with me despite my not knowing all my account details. Thank you for assisting me!
Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
