Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

Good service but some things like filling out spaced letters are more difficult than they should be and paying for the service feels bad.Overall good though, being able to sign online is a nice convenience perk.
A Superb App to Create Fillable PDF Forms
The most easiest app to create fillable pdf forms in the most efficient way. Furthermore, editing an existing pdf is so much easier with super features such as text editing, adding watermark, merging and splitting pdf files, etc.
This is a paid application. Editor interface is not that simple and you need more time to learn for the beginne
It was a little challenging at first and the online help was a little overbearing to start. You should always assume that people know how to operate every aspect of there computer. I had a glitch and he was a little belittling to me which being 50 and having diabetes its hard for me to see sometimes and once i stated that his demeanor changed and he helped me finally.

My overall experience with pdfFiller has been a positive one. I would recommend to others in our industry that deal with a lot of forms to connect with customers.
The ability to use the pdfFiller for our customers to submit forms that needed editing in the field.
The lack of options on the form editor to add buttons and boxes for surveys.
I only needed it for one purpose, to make my client's insurance claim sheets a fillable form so I wouldn't have to freehand it. After the initial struggle to get it structured right it works wonderfully

PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!
