Initial problem was apparently that I had failed to save the (almost) completed form that I had made, and when I went bace to it, only the original blank form was available. I see the error of my way. Quite interested in learning lots more about program and the ways it couod be useful to me.
I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. I want to cancel it because I will not need to use it again. So, please cancel my account and service. Please also send an email to me confirming that you have cancelled the service. Thank you.
I wish it wasn't so expensive...I'm still on the free trial right now but this app is great. Maybe offer like a college student pricing? I know us kids in college cant pay $40 a month for it
I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.
