I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.
I am finding it helpful indeed. I haven't utilized all of the options yet. So far I like it. The mobile app is far more difficult to use than the website. Doesn't quite sync with the different cloud websites for transfers into the app.

I have several forms that need to be filled out and faxed back to companies. I love that I can fill them out online and fax the PDF back, rather than fill in and fax by hand.

More than what it says on the tin
I am forever annotating drawings for the Home Improvements I offer my customers. We can assume that people understand drawings but most don't. The extra points I can make using arrows and text make it easier for my customers to understand and I know it helps me win business.
The software is easy to learn (I'm old so my patience with new programmes is not good). It has never frustrated me to use.
I can't think of anything about the software that I don't like
I AM JUST STARTING USING PDFFILLER. I THANKS THAT IS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. PDFFILLER ALLOWED ME TO PERFORM TO EDIT PROPERLY A BPO (Broker Price Opinion). I am very satisfied.
What do you like best?
It is user friendly, very easy to navigate and to find the features I need regularly such as text and erase
What do you dislike?
Nothing that stands out. Again I use it every day and it has greatly reduced time spent on admin work

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. Great customer support. I forgot about a 30-day free trial period because I didn’t use the app after registering and checking it only once. They took the money for the whole year through PayPal and when I explained the situation they helped me with the cancellation of my subscription in a half an hour. They gave me the whole sum of money back.
