interesting...I am a sponsor for a nonprofit addiction recovery program and this would help me lead my sponsees through their step work and writing assignments.
What do you like best?
That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.
What do you dislike?
That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive.

Adding more pages, removing, rotating. easy to upload
Good for regular use
It is ok for people who had to fill and significantly higher number of documents regularly. But whoever has one two documents for a month, quit expensive.
In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
This review is primarily for the customer service. This company had extremely quality customer service. FAST responses. I would definitely recommend trying it out for that alone, they will work through and address any issues you have. You won’t be disappointed. Great job.
