Overall easy to use, however, there are instances where the edits on the pdf become warped, other times its difficult to remove words or characters. There should be a save option versus a Save As, as that navigates you to another screen. Or have an auto save option. Overall good program but still has small defects.

I have been a short time user. I downloaded a document; tried to then sign it, which was ok, but when I downloaded it did not pick up the entire form; all preprinted matter on the form did not download to the email I sent. Tom

I needed on copy of a form, that is all and I was charged 120.00, that is an expensive copy. I have cancelled your service and would appreciate a full refund. Charge me for one copy fine, but not 120.00. Thank you

Like any software you need to learn the program and the first time I used it I was struggling and reached out to support. I was AMAZED at the quick response I received and the step by step instruction.

PDF Very excellent filler app. Nice that you can find form online and automatically fill it out. Doesn't let you use it very long before it tried to make me pay for it

What do you like best? We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms. What do you dislike? Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Having remote agents fill out documents

What do you like best? I work remotely, don't have a staff or colleagues at my finger tips and find myself in constant need of sending out advertising agreements in an efficient manner. I have the ability with PDF filler to quickly revise and add to routine contracts efficiently. What do you dislike? The process, of saving and downloading revisions sometimes requires extra clicks and can be simplified. Recommendations to others considering the product: a good option for a quick fix What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick revisions are customization are the greatest benefits for my work
