5 stars - but I am putting in 4 right now because I need to learn how to print on larger paper which means I have to go through the instructions to figure out how. But I am very pleased so far.
It took just seconds to send my agreement for signature. The customer experience inspires confidence in the security of the transaction and gives a good impression of my company. It is far better than the old - email it, print it, sign it, scan it, email it, "did you get it?"- approach.
Allows me to fill in pdf documents with computer so I don't have to print out and fill out manually. Not sure why text moves to next line below in some cases.
This program has saved my processing life! Any and all documents i need from a Verification of Rent to a Processor's Cert are at my fingertips. I love it!
Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.
