I can do everything I need to with this program........I like forms that I have been asked to fill out I can scan in my printer and then fill out on here and print out when finished and then send them or take them where they need to go....

I was able to type in all my information & save the forms. I did find entering the data to be cumbersome as I had to move the data to the correct spot on the form.
It was a wonderful experience. All the reps were competent, patient and more than willing to offer their assistance for any problem or any issue that I was confronting. And I am happy with the results

I used it for tax documents forgot to cancel subscription after use. Got charged 96 dollars and two days later I requested a refund and within seconds had someone helping me and processing my refund. Service is excellent and product is best on the market.

EASE OF USE IN ADDITION TO BEING USER FRIENDLY! THE PRODUCT IS VERY SIMPLE TO INSTALL AND IS VERY ROBUST.
THERE IS NOTHING TO DISLIKE WITH THIS PRODUCT. I HAVE NO RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CHANGES AS IT WORKS PERFECTLY FOR ME.
Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Super helpful for when you get redundant document from School Administrators that expect you to print and fill out everything from hand. It's 2021.
What do you like best?
I love the ability to create forms from both pdfs and word documents. But the link to fill feature is my favorite. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link.
What do you dislike?
The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to cut down on printing cost, and have been able to reduce turnover time for gathering information.
