Everything is working
I checked out their pdf software, it's truly great, I liked it and I was ready to buy a year subscription, but all these bad reviews on line about this company made me nervous. However I signed up and now I am pleased to work with it
A great Program
Its a good program, but it takes a few minutes to get use to the actual text placement for your fill in. I did not try the signature feature. I will continue to use this program. I'll use it more often as I get use to it.
So far everything seems to be working effectively. Only had one inconvenience and that was when I tried printing and I kept getting a black block on the signature panel.

Sam's response to my issue concerning billing was quick and professional! The matter was handled within 5 minutes. Superb!
I appreciate a free trial and I was able to get the one form that I needed. I simply cancelled so I don't forget to cancel the 30-day trial and get charged! Thank you very much for the easy to fill form.
Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!
