I'm loving everything and I like how I can do so much without printing, then write your info, then scan to your pc, then email to an individual or group. This is way, way faster.

I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. The fill in is with text boxes like in word. That works well.
It worked well. Not as good as a PDF document that already has input fields but much better than printing the PDF document and filling it in by hand,
Pre Employment Applicaiton
I work in HR and needed help with setting up an application to generate the same information such as name, DOB, etc on all pages to save time. Rep Kara was amazing! She was able to use my application and turn it into a pre-fillable form. Kara also provided me instructions on how to set up what I needed.
