Easy to use
Easy to useAllows the user to do things like make forms fillable very quickly. The size of the fields I added were slightly bigger than I would like, but this was not a major problem. Otherwise, I think it's intuitive and pretty easy. My needs are fairly simple, though - just making a workbook fill-able by students working online.

I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.
