pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. I reported this via live chat around 12:45 AM and it was resolved in about 10 mins or so. I was happy with the outcome.
Mostly good - had a little difficulty when the app decided I could only answer 1 category when I needed to respond to all 5 subcategories of a question. Also, messed with the date - it changed to a different format.
Your customer service on documents that will not download for editing is outstanding. uick resolutioms so I can make the changes I need to make for success.

I like the ability to change fonts and add items on my documents

That I have to sign in everytime on my computer

It is much neater and professional than hand written documents
This company is the best, I have been using it since 2012 and love it, so easy to use, saves me so much time when filling out documents and everyone is super friendly with amazing costumer service!!!

I'm happy with the use of the forms, however it showed a monthy price, so I was suprised when I was charged for the entire year up front. I only needed the product for a couple tax documents.
