I was sort of afraid to install and pay for this online. There is so much identity theft out there.. I was just a victim of fraud on my bank account. But this seem pretty secure and was easy to get going.
This software seems to be nice and easy to use, im still working my way round it. I was looking to send a form to be returned filled in. Looks like this should be easy enough. I will keep my fingers crossed.
Worth the money!
The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy!
The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.
Wow!! I can not express how much of a life saver your program has been to me. Not only is it absolutely FREE! without needing a subscription, credit card or life story but the interface is user friendly with great options and choices. I love that I am able to download into my own drive afterwards and upload to any folder I choose as well. This is the first one of its kind that I have found, the features completely beat Adobe with the upside of not having to pay for three separate subscriptions of $14.99 to get one project done and downloadable to my computer. My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. She helped me figure out my dilemma. Thank youMathieu
Great service
Great service, and offered and processed a refund within minutes of me not needing my subscription anymore. Will definitely be coming back once I need their services again.
