I love it. I will definitely renew when the time come. The Military offer me a free site for forms filler but I can never open it on my personal computer. I have to use it on the government issued computer.
App doesnt work the same as using it on a computer. On the computer is easy and simple. Ive tried the app and seems to cant work it like on the computer such as tap on it erase or add , high light , or erase. Im using apple iphone Thank you

We have been using pdfFiller over the last few years for thousands of forms for our offices. The platform is easy to use and navigate. The IT tech support is top-notch. IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. PDFFILLER, I have tried many and many have failed, typically to overstate and underdeliver, however. PDFFILLER, is the nerd in the room understated but delivers at every turn. There have been times though that I was sure they misssed something, that is untill I call support and talk about delivery. A product is only as good as the support team behind it. Hours spent trying to figure out this glitch, testing this and testing that, and the support agent just as friendly and helpful at hour three as at hour one, come to find out, it was my network, my VPN and firewall wasn't letting me upload documents, others were good and worked fine. except from my phone. Even then the agent was doing even more testing and providing his findings via screen recordings over email. I was amazed and it wasn't the first time. incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I am not an easy person to please as most software isn't completly vetted before release but PDFFILLER has done their work and worth every penny.
AT FIRST I FOUND IT A BIT DIFFICULT TO USE BUT NOW AM USED TO IT IT IS GREAT. RETAINS THE CHARACTERS OF THAI LANGUAGE BETTER THAN ANY OTHER PROGRAM I HAVE TRIED!
Easy to use. I always send the doc to myself before emailing to final destination, just so I know what it looks like on the receiver's end. Adding a personal note to the email is a bit cumbersome--could be better explained of who sees what.
