I found the system complicated for someone not very experienced with computers. I still do not know how to find, on your system, the forms that I have completed. Where are they? How do I save them to my computer? I will keep working to find the answers.

Quite honestly I never knew when my subscription ended I found out when it ended,i believe you should make it more of a mgrand exit because i continued using this service way after i should have great service though

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? Very intuitive and easy to use application that provides a high standard product. Much better than other applications on the market that I have tried in the past.
