The site is very confusing for a first timer and did not explain about using Google Chrome if you need to print any Documents, But Kirsten customer support was very good in helping and very patient to find a solution to enable me to print the Documents I need..

PDFfiller for the win!! Of course, I've enjoyed avoiding filling out forms by hand and being able to create & save legible documents I can duplicate and email. But tonight, PDFfiller LiveChat surprised me! They helped solve a document problem for my daughter's online university application. The application program wouldn't let her upload her SAT scores, or continue her application until they were loaded! The website kept saying the 2-page file was too big!? So I loaded it onto PDFfiller, and got a helpful LiveChat rep, who quickly compressed the file for me. Voila, it worked!! PDFfiller, you just saved the day!
VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. If you have a lot of digital documents, you should use pdfFiller
My overall experience is great! It's free and very easy to use, and I strongly recommend it for any student, teachers or professors, colleagues from work, and even for managers because during this pandemics, we all had to adapt our documents to digital format, and print them at home could be an issue for many people.
I love to use this software because it's free and it allows me to sign digital documents from anyone in my company without having to print everything, sign it all, and then scan it, and e-mail it to the recipients. It's great because it has other checkmarks so you can add little details in case you are reading a contract or a file that needs reviewing.
Positively, there are no cons for this software, as I have been using it for work and college matters, and it solves a great deal of signing important documents!

Its a little bit hard to email the documents back to yourself after the conversion - otherwise, this is a great website for document alterations and conversions. Easy to use, great variation of different tools and mediums.
ease of subbitting
It can be a little confusing and I thought my docs from previous years were saved so they would populate but they didn't but I like the ease of submitting the forms to the IRS.
