My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I started using PDFfiller instead, and requested a full refund from the other service. They refunded my money. I have had great luck finding everything I need for this divorce. Your help support is great! I would certainly recommend this company/service to anyone.
like the program overall. It took me longer than I anticipated to learn the navigation. Must have taken me like 2 hours just to find the forms catalog on the main screen.
i thought it was a free program but I needed to pay for it when I tried to print the document, it required payment. I did so, but then complained to the company and they fully refunded my money

Need to fill out forms electronically, avoiding hand written forms that ulitmately creates errors and makes your efforts for not. Love this company helped in a pinch and was such a useful easy tool to use, I recommend it.
my son is in the military. so I needed some information notarized. with me and him being in different locations. I was able to use the pdf filler to sign my name. then add my son to the document as a team. so he can sign the document as well. after both signatures were on the document. and notarized by PDF filler. my son was able to get the document notarized by a notary.
Prompt and Efficient Response
They responded to my request for chat support quickly. When on line they worked to get me what I needed. My need was fulfilled satisfactorily, even though it took quite some time. My lack of knowledge may have contributed to the length of time for the matter to be resolved. All agents were prompt.
What do you like best?
The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed.

I haven't encountered anything I dislike about this product.

It's helping us to create documents that are needed specific to our clients rather than generating generic and boilerplate documents that are not personalized to our clients.
Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

Simple, easy to use and operates seamlessly with other programs. It also maintains the appropriate information for future use in other forms.
At times, information is lost when downloading forms from websites or is not saved when transmitting via email.
