I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

Great storage for being able to go back in and repurpose a saved document for an additional use.
Print alignment not always spot on for forms, such as 1099s and you have to play with settings a bit,
but overall not too cumbersome.
Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

PDF Filler Software
The pdfFiller is a game changer. The software saves the user time by allowing the user to complete customizable fields and then sign the documents right on the screen. It eliminates the need to print any paperwork if the user chooses not to. The document can be legibly completed by typing directly into the fields which eliminates the effort of having to physically write out what is needed.
The software helps to save time for the user.
I do not have any dislikes that I would like to share about this product. This product has been a game changer for my business.
Super simple to use. There are only a few things that could use some tweaking like the sizing of the box for the fillable text could be a little simple to make smaller.
The features are unmatched and the customer service has been outstanding! Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. This is what we've been looking for for all of our fillable forms and for obtaining e-signatures and it's at the best price point for businesses!
