It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.
PDF filler has really helped my business. It is very affordable and easy to use. I can't see myself ever not using this great service form my customers.
Best FREE PDF filler
This site is both efficient and extremely useful! Out of all the pdf sites I have ever used, this one is the simplest to navigate and does not constantly try to get me to pay for a subscription. I love its many features and will continue to use it.
I signed up with pdffiller. I needed to cancel my subscription and dealt with *** at the support team. Service was excellent, they gave quick attention to my issue and promptly cancelled my account with no hassle. Very impressive professional service. Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. My success is now at my finger tips and I'm able to create bullet proof contracts, forms, notices, and change orders with e-signatures at a drop of a dime!!! Thank you pdfFiller!!!!
What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.

It's great.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.
