I feel this is just what I've been looking for and it's not to complicated like some of the other sites and you still don't get what your looking for . I didn't get get what I wanted on other sites. That's why I purchased for a year because this works good with my busness.
eing a new user of this platform I had a major issue and they went over and beyond to fix it and made it up to me even tho it was my fault for not reading. ha
Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.
Working remotely this application has greatly facilitated the approval process in relation to documents sent from the office and has saved so much money on paper! Love it!
This is a tool which I never thought I would use so much! I love it! I think the dashboard is cluttered and not the easiest to navigate, and a "strike through" option for documents would be nice to have.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. It works - one problem I found though is that after I scanned a document with the Adobe scanner, the document was locked with password not allowing it to be opened by the person I sent the document to. I didn't seek that extra security so I basically don't know where it NOcame from.

This is a great tool and is full of features that I really need for editing, exporting, merging and printing documents. I like all of the supported file formats and may use the routing features in the future. The pdfFiller will import huge .pdf files and allows you to save just one or two pages from that file for editing. It offers alot of flexibility and performance features which I appreciate for document management and workflow.
