This has been very helpful and affordable. Please make sure that my credit card is only charged one time. Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. Please make sure that only one monthly fee of19.99 is charged to may account. I am not in aposition right now for excessive billing. I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. I only needed the program for a short amount of time. I will be cancelling the program as soon as my amended tax forms are completed and the IRS is satisfied.

It was so easy and convenient to send documents to IRS and I used the customer service/help desk and they were very knowledgeable and answered my questions promptly. First time user and I'm impressed!
Great product and even better customer service
I used the product, which was excellent, once during the 30 day trial. However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. This has to be the best customer service and support I have ever received.
What do you like best?
Really a good tool to utilize for editing and transforming the documents.
What do you dislike?
Erasing any content in the document is little difficult.
