The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.
I LOVE THIS SERVICE SO FAR. IT HAS ALLOWED ME TO CREATE THE DEMOGRAPHICS FORM FOR TAX PAYERS IN THE LAY OUT THAT I ALWAYS DESIRED. It's really convenient, I've been using it to fill out paper applications since I don't like filling them out since I have dysgraphia. I have some slight issues though, like I had one application where the check box would automatically do a cross and if I want to do a checkmark I have to drag it, which I also have issues with it aligning correctly. alignment isn't too bad, but it's slightly off. Otherwise I love using this site. :D
Need Email Ease
I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

The application software is a great tool. But, when I search for another fillable document of the same, it does not allow me to pull up a clean form fillable document, for example local tax forms. Thank you.
Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
