Excellent service and initially I had an issue which was a user issue and not the fault of this company. This is an excellent product and excellent customer resolving my issue immediately and to my satisfaction. Completely satisfied !!!
I am having trouble with the Schedule B when it gets half way down the page my screen jumps back to the top and I have a hard time making sure everything is on the right line
Its a good overall program although I had issues uploading my pdf assignment for school, and when I submitted it online, the pdf was completely blank. Not sure why this program did that.

I love being able to use PDFfiller. It sure makes completing forms much easier and quicker than printing them and writing forms out.
Some forms are not able to be saved after filling them in. They save blank. I have to download the form and then save it to a file.

I was perplexed when my money was deducted without prior notice. I didn't know what to do at first because I thought that refund couldn't be possible but I decided to reach out to them despite the uncertainty.
I was happy with the services rendered, the customer relationship and grateful for the refund. The service is customer friendly and has quick response to issues.
What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.
