im just learning with a new business i just started. i love it. I dont have a printer or scanner so i really appreciate you guys for offering the services you do through PDF.
What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.

Wow I am so grateful, this service I really didn't use but one time and I was charged a second subscription. I contacted the company and they immediately refunded my account. Top notch Customer Service!!
Initially I had problems being unable…
Initially I had problems being unable to access the latest addition of the forms that I needed. I finally succeeded with help guidance from the system.
OMG Dee Was AMAZING
OMG Dee Was AMAZING! I started off so frustrated that I couldn't call someone. Took a couple of hours to get through what I needed and she was just amazing. Next time I need assistance I hope I get her.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.
