I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! I received pdf's from an online class that the asked me to print out, complete, scan back. I just did not want to print mostly but the entire process ... you know. pdfFiller helped out a lot, especially with the symbols (might want to add music notes).
