The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.
Impressive features and easy to use. My only gripe is that there appears to be no way of changing the date function to day/month/year, but it's just as easy to enter the date manually
When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.
I had to use as a one -of to sign a document, but inadvertently signed up to a subscription. The website itself wasn't too clear, so no marks there. However, once i realised i was signed up and contacted the company via email, it was resolved with 2 emails over 2 days - from *********! And with me using my son's email address and forgetting i had done so. Very happy to get a refund. ******, *********
Fantastic
i adore this. Used it for my son for distant learning for many of his projects and class work. Also now helping with work from home. Making my job easier. Not needed to scan as much.

This is the most amazing app, it really is a great one-stop portal for all my practice needs, and it is SIMPLE to use, even for solo practitioners like me who don’t have an IT department.
