pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
You have to carefully choose where to type, the format functions are limited and the printing is a little awkward as you cannot alter the margins. However, it is easy to use.
Program is a time saver for me.
Plus my reports have a more professional appearance.
I would not want to go back to doing it the old way.

In the beginning did not find it to be user friendly that all changed when they reached out to me to offer help.

Don't be afraid to ask for HELP - Great Customer Service and follow-up too.

Mostly HR related so far, such as write ups, termination, evaluations.

The ability to get a signed work authorization within minutes of sending to the client.
There's nothing I don't like about this software.
