I have had trouble finding documents and sending them in the past, it seems as though this site is easier to use today. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world so I am learning sometimes the hard way!
Definitely easier yesterday: to find documents to fill out and send. Makes billing a breeze!
What do you like best?
I have several forms that need to be filled out and faxed back to companies. I love that I can fill them out online and fax the PDF back, rather than fill in and fax by hand.

The home screen can be confusing to find all my documents sometimess

Solving having to do things by hand. Easily reproduced when needed.

It's a great experience and many options to get your forms completed in the manner you want them done. The option to save them for later and email them to others to edit is definitely a perk!

The esign feature added to the searchable docs for literally anything from rental agreements to Notes is terrific. Everything I do is saved in my account.
