Ralph help me very quickly today! I thought I had cancelled my subscription and then I was charged, I explained everything to Ralph and he took care of me and my situation all in the same day. Very appreciative of the customer service I got.

Kara helped me locate a document that I could not find after downloading it. What a relief!
I was extremely worried because personal information was on the document. Through the chat support feature, Kara guided me in locating the document in my account (which I didn't know I had), moving it to the Trash, and then permanently deleting it.
During the Pandemic it seemed like everything I did was online, and pdfFiller was essential in filling out many documents for submission.

Solid, provides the service you need
Easy to use. Mostly used for inserting signatures.
Sometimes the signature block format gets distorted (inserts as a code).
I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
