I may be an idiot but it isn't the most intuitive experience I've had. I have been under pressure to produce so that may have something to do with it.

I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. Now I'm considering filing a formal complaint, unless my $20 renewal fee is credited back to my account ASAP!

What do you like best?
The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.
What do you dislike?
Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Saving paper, and printer ink.

Could make it a little easier to sign… Could make it a little easier to sign and save documents to your desktop, especially when you need to send signed documdents via email.

I was surprised I still have to hand… I was surprised I still have to hand write a form to send to IRS - I thought this would take care of it for me. Or did I miss something.

What do you like best? I love that you can use one of their templates, or upload a form of your own to complete! What do you dislike? I haven't been able to find any cons yet! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have clients that need medical claim forms sent to insurance companies (they keep their own books). I can enter in the info and go!
