I thought I was purchasing a one-month subscription (I didn't select the correct button prior to the check-out process and was not advised of the amount before I hit Submit). Would REALLY like a refund of the yearly subscription - am very happy to pay the19.99 for one month. Please...
It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.
It could be a little more user friendly. If I did not have the experience with computers that I have I would have just quit. But I got the job done as needed

The tool was very efficient for my work related updates as well. I was able to store my documents and update it as per necessary. I was looking for a better way to see my documents on the dashboard like a folder view.

This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. More importantly, amazing support - the online chat response was quick (!!!), customer support staff was so friendly and understanding. Overall, such an amazing experience using this platform.
