Once you get the hang of it and learn how to save without losing the entire document filled in its great, A word to each customer be sure to save each individual page or else you lose all your inputted information.
Great
Easy to use the program, has a lot of great features & tools to use within the program. Will recommend to others. Love the timeline status for documents sent out or waiting to be signed
Don't like the reloading that the program does when open reopening documents sometimes. Overall not much to complaint about

I love how it integrates into my workflow.
I didn't really like how some of the features were tricky to use at first.
Tons of great features to streamline and especially for working with client signatures. Just discovered the document password protection, which is *******. Customer service is very efficient thru the chat.
I really like the capability of downloading forms, completing them and signing to send off.
I wish I did not have to log in each time. That would be a great plus as I work for several clients and need the quick ability to do a form and send to them.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but...
It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
