PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

I am happy with the selection of forms, but it could be easier to locate forms I need to complete. Also, your connection is pretty slow. I thought it was my internet the first couple of times, but the connectivity only takes eons when trying to access my docs on your site.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Open the query in Design View. Right-click the date field, and then click Properties. In the Property Sheet, select the format you want from the Format property list.
Open your Microsoft Access database. Right click the table your query is based on. Choose the "Design View" option from the list. Locate the field that you want to change. In the “Data Type" column, click the drop-down arrow to select a new data type. Click the "File" option on the top menu. Open your query.
Open the table in Datasheet View. If necessary, scroll horizontally to the first blank field. Select Click to Add and then select Short Text from the list. Double-click the new header row, and then type a meaningful name for the new field. Save your changes.
One is called the “Short Text" and the other is called "Long Text.” The difference between these two text fields is that additional rows (up to 50) can be provided for the long text field. The short text field can have up to only ten rows. The maximum width for short or long text is 80 characters.
The Format property affects only how data is displayed. It doesn't affect how data is stored. Microsoft Office Access 2007 provides predefined formats for Date/Time, Number and Currency, Text and Memo, and Yes/No data types.
In Design view, right-click anywhere in the column that contains the field you want to format, and then choose Properties from the shortcut menu. Click in the Format property, and then click the arrow to display the format options. Choose a format option from the drop-down list.
Format a number or currency field. When you apply a format to a table field, that same format is automatically applied to any form or report control that you subsequently bind to that table field. Formatting only changes how the data is displayed and does not affect how the data is stored or how users enter data.
Create a table with a field of type Currency. In the lower pane of table design view, set the Format property to "Currency". Save the table, and close the database. Open the Windows Control Panel. Go to Regional Options, and change the Currency setting. Open your database again. Open your table in design view.
Press TAB, open the drop-down menu in the Format row, and choose Fixed. Note that the Decimal Places property is set to Auto. Click Save and then click the View button to go to Data sheet view.

ROUNDUP behaves like ROUND, except that it always rounds a number up. If num_digits is greater than 0 (zero), then number is rounded up to the specified number of decimal places. If num_digits is 0, then number is rounded up to the nearest integer.
Open the query in Design View. Right-click the date field, and then click Properties. In the Property Sheet, select the format you want from the Format property list.
Press the TAB key, open the drop-down menu, and choose Number. In Field Properties, click in Field Size, open the drop-down menu, and choose Single. Press TAB, open the drop-down menu in the Format row, and choose Fixed. Note that the Decimal Places property is set to Auto.
Create a table with a field of type Currency. In the lower pane of table design view, set the Format property to "Currency". Save the table, and close the database. Open the Windows Control Panel.
