Click on the 'Comments' tab located on the left side of the screen.

In the 'Comments' tab, you will see the 'Adapt Comment Bulletin' option. Click on it.

A new window will appear where you can create and manage comment bulletins.

To create a new comment bulletin, click on the 'Create Bulletin' button.

Enter a title for your bulletin in the designated field.

Add your comments or instructions in the text box provided.

You can also assign the bulletin to specific recipients by entering their email addresses.

Once you have entered all the necessary information, click on the 'Save' button.

Your comment bulletin will now be visible in the 'Comments' tab.

To view or edit a comment bulletin, simply click on it.

You can reply to comments within the bulletin by typing in the 'Reply' box.

To delete a comment bulletin, click on the 'Delete' button located at the bottom of the bulletin window.

Remember to save your document regularly to ensure all changes and comments are preserved.

I've never had a tantrum using it...It makes my day much easier and saves me time and money! I enjoy using PDF Filler. It is a valuable asset to my business. I'm able to sign, send and receive documents, receipts, invoices, you name it! They have a form for everything, and if they don't, they will find one for you!! This program is easy to use and I love how there is a record kept of everything I send. I don't know how to re-use a form over and over without having to delete whats on it , so I can use it again. I wish there was an option to use a new one!!
