Not the easiest to figure out initially, and detailed instructions are a bit hard to come by, but it seems to do what I need it to do to make signable forms and merged PDF's.

What do you like best?
Ease of use! Very intuitive program that does NOT require a lot of training to use.
What do you dislike?
I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use PDFfiller for city and county land-use applications. Having the ability to complete these varying forms simply, and have them stored for future use is invaluable!

Adding watermarks to PDF files with Safeguard is very simple. Right-click on your PDFs in Windows File Explorer and select the menu option 'Make Secure PDF' to invoke Safeguard Secure PDF Writer.
Watermarks in Word are dimmed images in the header or footer. They have a “watermark” tag on them so that they can be manipulated using the Watermark feature. You can create your own non-Word watermark by inserting your own image in a header or footer. Then it can't be manipulated using the Watermark commands.
Upload a PDF file to which you want to add a watermark: use the drag and drop mechanism or hit the “Add file” button. Enter the text of the watermark or upload an image. Select the opacity and position of the watermark on the document's pages, click the “Add watermark” button, and download your new PDF.
Step 1: Select your PDF document. Step 2: Add Text Watermark. Click the Add Text button at the top of the PDF page. Step 3: Change text size, rotation and location on page. Step 4: Change text color, transparency and font family.
Step 9 To lock your form so that users can only fill out your form, click the Protection tab on the right side toolbar, then select Restrict Editing. Enter the same password in both fields, then click the OK button to save the password.
