Good so far; expensive, however, AND when I agreed to your discounted one year offer when I intended to cancel after one month, I didn't realize the sum offered was in addition to the $20 one month fee, so it didn't turn out to be such a great deal after all. I was canceling, because I honestly don't see myself using this much more if even ever again. However, for the discounted rate (WITHOUT the $20 added in), I thought 'why not?' I am going to evaluate over the next couple weeks to see if I really DO want to continue a subscription, discount or otherwise.

The care plan oversight services are billed using Form CMS-1500 or electronic equivalent. Submit HOPES code G0180 when the patient has not received Medicare covered home health services for at least 60 days.
Certification/Recertification of Home Health Plans of Care Physicians that oversee the complex care needs of Medicare home health and hospice patients can be reimbursed for these services. In addition, physicians can also bill for the services associated with certifying (and recertifying) home health services.
Only an attending clinician who is not employed by the hospice can bill Medicare Part B for hospice care using the CPT E/M code. If the hospice physician serves as the attending physician, all services related to the terminal condition are billed to Medicare by the hospice, not directly by the physician.
Submit HOPES code G0180 when the patient has not received Medicare covered home health services for at least 60 days. The initial certification (HOPES code G0180) cannot be filed on the same date of service as the supervision service HOPES codes (G0181 or G0182).
Timeframe for Certification/Recertification The hospice must obtain verbal or written certification of the terminal illness, no later than 2 calendar days (by the end of the third day) after the start of each benefit period (initial and subsequent).
Cert and Recent If a physician reviews and signs initial certification for Medicare-covered Home Health services, the physician can bill under code G0180. Physicians may only bill for code G0810 once during a patient's Home Health certification period.
G0180 — Physician certification for Medicare-covered home health services under a home health plan of care (patient not present), including contacts with home health agency and review of reports of patient status required by physicians to affirm the initial implementations of the plan of care that meets patient's needs
The certification code, G0180, is reimbursable only if the patient has not received Medicare-covered home health services for at least 60 days. The Medicare allowed amount for this service (unadjusted geographically) is $73.07.
