OK. some limitations, like I need conditional logic, so if someone checks the Yes box for a question, then require them to fill out other fields. Need this conditional logic functionality, critical for my application. Else not sure PDFFiller will be useful to us.

A lot of consolidation plat is essentially a re-mapping of two or more adjacent lots or parcels of land, combining them into one larger parcel. ... A licensed professional land surveyor will perform field work on each existing lot to determine the exact dimensions and land boundaries of each.
The easiest way to find the parcel number for a property you own is to simply look on your annual property tax bill. The parcel number is clearly marked, and it can be found next to your name as the property owner.
Call or visit your local county assessor. Give the clerk the physical address of the property, and ask for the tax parcel number. In some cases, your assessor's office may have a website where you can look up property tax IDs by searching under owner or physical address.
Quitclaim deed. A quitclaim deed is a legal instrument that is used to transfer interest in real property. ... The owner/granter terminates (quits) any right and claim to the property, thereby allowing the right or claim to transfer to the recipient/grantee.
Because quitclaim deeds expose the grantee to certain risks, they are most often used between family members and where there is no exchange of money. Due to this, quitclaim deeds typically are not used in situations where the property involved has an outstanding mortgage.
Go to Tax Assessor's office, which will likely be located in a county government building. Request the property tax records for a specific property. You might be asked to fill out a written request. You'll need the property address to make your request.
