9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

Great pdf editing software
PDF Filler is an awesome piece of software. It is so good being able to edit docs online and save them without having to worry about retyping information because the pdf provided was not able to be edited
There is no version history which means if you make changes to the pdf you can backtrack to an earlier version unless it was saved separately

This program really provides me the opportunity to create the forms and fillable documents that can help speed up my report filling.
I enjoy the different ways to sign and initial different documents that otherwise could not be sent back electronically without several steps. I also have created templates and forms for consistent reports and forms I will be using to help speed up my entries. Thank you I do enjoy the program But I only know a little about it. I wish there was a little more user friendly tutorials.

Is it legal to work 60 hours a week on salary?
Under the Fair Labor Standards Act, certain employees must receive overtime pay if they work a specific number of hours for the week. If you work 60 hours, whether you should get paid overtime depends on if you worked overtime on a daily or weekly basis and whether you are exempt from FLEA or state overtime laws.
Is there a maximum amount of hours a salaried employee can work?
29 C.F.R. There is no limit on the number of hours a salaried exempt employee 16 years of age or older, who meets the requirements of 29 C.F.R. Part 541, may work per day or per week. A salaried non-exempt employee is subject to the same 40 hours per week overtime standard as employees paid on an hourly basis.
Are there labor laws for salaried employees?
The Federal Fair Labor Standards Act dictates which employees are considered salaried and which are exempt from overtime laws. However, not all salaried employees are exempt from being paid overtime. To be exempt from federal laws on overtime, a salaried employee must be paid at least $455 for each week worked.
Can an employer require a salaried employee to work more than 40 hours?
Federal law says employees who work more than 40 hours a week are entitled to time-and-half pay for the extra hours. Some salaried employees, however, are exempt from the rule. If they work 50 hours a week, exempt employees get the same salary as if they work 30.

No Overtime Unlike hourly employees, salary exempt employees may be required to work more than 40 hours per week. However, they may also be required to work only one day per week if that's all the employer needs.
