What does it mean when a transcript is authenticated?
This means that the digital signature is true and authentic. The author of the document is known to the certification authority and the person or institution represented by the digital signature is true and authentic.
Where can I authenticate my documents?
The Apostille is available in all Authenticating Units of the DFA: DFA-Aseana; DFA Consular Office (CO) Northeast (Ali Mall, Cubao); CO East (SM Megamall); CO West (SM Manila); CO South (Metro Gaisano, Alabang); CO San Fernando, Pampanga; CO Davao (SM Davao); CO Iloilo; and CO Cebu (Pacific Mall-Metro Mandaue).
How do you evaluate transcripts?
This is done by isolating the few absolute criteria in any type of assessment system – the highest level of achievement and the lowest level of achievement required to 'pass'. This information is required regardless of grading scale type, whether letter, number, percentage, description, or any combination thereof.
How do you authenticate a transcript?
Get a transcript from the school. A school official should then execute an affidavit proving the validity of the document before a notary public. Take the credentials and notarial certificate to the state notary. Scroll down on the webpage to find contact information in your state.
How do I get an authenticated transcript of records?
You'll need to go to the school to get certified true copies (CTC) of your transcript of records, Form 137, and diploma. Go to the registrar's office. Bring the following: Original TOR, Form 137, diploma, etc.
How do you evaluate transcripts?
A transcript evaluation should provide answers to these basic questions: What level of education did the student complete in their native country? What diploma/degree (if any) did the student earn? Did the student attend a legitimate and recognized institution?

The transcript table (Figure 3) shows the general structural features of all alternative full- length transcripts-such as the length, the number of exons, the putative location of the CDS, the length of the putative encoded protein and the transcript variant type.
