I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

I feel this is just what I've been looking for and it's not to complicated like some of the other sites and you still don't get what your looking for . I didn't get get what I wanted on other sites. That's why I purchased for a year because this works good with my busness.

What do you like best?
I like the fact that live Customer service is always there to guide you if there's a problem.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike if when a large corporation wants a form filled out and you use PDF Filler they come back and tell you their shop uses Adobe Acrobat and to please fill out the form once again using Adobe.

Although I accidentally subscribed to…
Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. By my own ineptitude I was having trouble printing a document. I thought I had to upgrade and then found out I didn't have to. So I reached out to get a refund and keep my original subscription and got that refund in MINUTES! I am a VERY happy, satisfied subscriber! And, I'm getting better at it :)
