Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Request an in-person meeting. Outline your reasons for quitting. Give at least two weeks' notice. Offer to facilitate position transition. Express gratitude. Provide constructive feedback. Provide your formal letter of resignation.
It is a common misconception that an employee's notice of resignation is not valid unless it has been “accepted" by the employer. The position at common law is that a notice, once validly given, is effective and can neither be “refused" by the employer or "withdrawn" by the employee, without the other's agreement.
Just because an employee has resigned does not mean an employer cannot take disciplinary action against him should the employer need to. Therefore, if an employee commits misconduct during this period (or the employer becomes aware of misconduct), the employee can still be disciplined.
Quitting does have negative consequences in regard to unemployment benefits. In most cases, employees who quit will not be eligible to collect unemployment. Workers who are fired will generally be eligible for unemployment benefits unless they are fired for because i.e. unethical or illegal activities.
While employers are not required to honor an employee's resignation notice period, there are several issues to consider before making the notice date an employee's last day of work. In addition, employers should consider whether company policy requires employees to give two weeks' notice.
Many companies have a written notice policy in their handbook. It's usually 2 weeks, but could be more. If you don't give two weeks notice, you may lose any vacation pay out or planned bonus that you would otherwise receive. You've guaranteed yourself a bad reference from this boss.
The employee has no legal power to determine for themselves whether the 30-day notice is applicable to them. As such, there is no “immediate resignation" because the "immediate” nature of the turnover period is left to the discretion of the employer.
An employee who desires to quit his/her job may do so without cause, provided that notice is given to his/her employer at least 30 days prior to the intended date of its effectivity. This is explicitly provided by the Labor Code of the Philippines, to wit: Termination by employee.
Be a good listener. Control your reaction. Minimize disruption to the team. Make sure your message to the team is consistent. Praise the former employee. Stay in touch. Attempt to negotiate (if necessary) Reevaluate your risk management plan.
Mention the acceptance of resignation in the first stanza itself. The date the letter was received and the proposed final working day for the employee must be clearly mentioned. Keep the letter brief and very clear, and mention acceptance of terms of resignation.
