It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. In the past, I did them by hand even though I worked for one of the largest insurance agencies in the country. In the past, I was unaware of your product, or I would have bought it myself to use.

Great. Still getting used to it though. But is very helpful indeed. When I paid for this it cost $120 but my credit card was deducted $170. I am still waiting for a response please and a refund

How do you write a countersign letter?
Understanding Countersignatures The first party reads the document and signs it if they agree to the terms of the agreement, the second party then countersigns the document by providing their signature confirming their agreement with the terms of the contract.
What does the countersigning write?
Once the person has agreed to countersign your passport photo, it's simple. All they have to do is write on the back of the photo the following: I certify that this is a true likeness of [the applicant's title and full name]. With that done all they need to do is provide their signature and the date, and it's done.
Who can countersign a passport picture?
These are: They must have known the person applying (or the adult who signed the form if the passport is for a child under 16) for at least 2 years. They must be able to identify the person applying such as being a friend, neighbor or colleague (not just someone who knows them professionally)
Do I need to get my photo signed for a passport renewal?
Who can countersign? You'll need to get someone else to sign your application form and passport photo if you need the following: Renewal of a passport for a child aged 11 or under; Renewal of a passport if your appearance has changed, and you can't be recognised from your existing passport.
Is a signature required for a contract?
Although it can depend on your situation, generally a signature does not need to be in cursive to be legal. To execute a contract, one must simply meet the signing requirements of that contract. For instance, to create a valid Power of Attorney, the document must be signed and witnessed by a notary public.
Are terms and conditions legally binding if not signed?
The answer is yes. It is important to be aware that when agreeing to a written contract, it does not need to be signed by both parties to be legally binding. This party argued that by not signing, they had not accepted the terms of the contract.
Do you have to sign terms and conditions?
To return to the original question, then a terms and conditions contract does not need to be on paper and physically signed, but both parties must be aware of its existence in a demonstrable way, and not in dispute over the terms.
Are terms and conditions legally binding UK?
Just because terms are written and signed, it doesn't make them legal. A contract term and notice has to be fair to be legally binding on your customer. If it isn't, they can challenge it including in court if necessary. Enforcers (such as the CMA and Trading Standards) can also bring cases to stop you using it.
What happens if only one party signs a contract?
A voidable contract is a valid contract that is binding to only one party; the other party may choose to either reject or accept it. A court or tribunal may rule a contract voidable under various circumstances, including: A party was coercing or threatening the other party into signing the agreement.
What happens if you don't sign a contract?
Maybe some terms are agreed, but others are not. Certainly, the terms will be easier for both parties to dispute if the contract is not signed. Even if you deliberately do not sign the agreement, because you do not agree with some or all of the contract terms, you could still (potentially) be bound by the contract.
