So this being a followup review I can tell you I still love it as much as I did before. I was able to use it to fill out medical forms and also a form for a winter retreat. The only drawback to this PDFfiller.com is the cost.

Bates Numbering, also known as Bates Stamping, is an indexing method used for legal, business and medical documents (PDFs in most cases). Bates Numbers are perceived as digital reference points used to uniquely identify and label each page in a set of documents.
There is no standard method for numbering documents, nor is there a standard type face used for such numbers. Manual Bates stampers use a self-inking mechanism with four to seven numbered wheels. Some stampers allow for consecutive, repeat, duplicate, and triplicate numbering.
Open the PDF file containing bate numbers. Choose Tools > Edit PDF. In the secondary toolbar, choose More > Bates Numbering > Remove.
Bates patented his device for applying consecutive numerical stamps to documents in 1892. In the old days, Bates-stamping documents required a person to literally stamp each page of the set of documents to be produced. Clearly, Bates-labels were useful, even essential.
Bates Numbering Machine History Edwin's patents range from about 1892-1907. The actual number that is stamped onto a page is often referred to as a Bates Stamp. One of the first patents approved was for the Consecutive Number Machine in 1892.
