Fit Stamp Text: full-featured PDF editor

As PDF is the most preferred file format for business, the right PDF editor is important.

Even if you hadn't used PDF file type for your business documents before, you can switch to it anytime — it's simple to convert any other file format into PDF. This makes creating and using most document types simple. Several files containing various types of content can also be merged into just one PDF. That’s why it is ideal for basic presentations and easy-to-read reports.

There are many solutions allowing you to modify PDFs, but there are only a few that cover all the use cases and don't cost you a fortune.

pdfFiller’s editing solution has features for editing, annotating, converting PDF documents to other formats, adding e-signatures, and completing forms. pdfFiller is an online PDF editing solution available in your browser. You don’t have to download or install any applications. It’s an extensive solution you can use from any device with an internet connection.

Make a document from scratch or upload a form using the next methods:

04

05

Collaborate with people to complete the document and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud.

the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

What do you like best?
The ease of filling in forms and quickly.
What do you dislike?
Nothing except that when I print a doc, the Print button is at the bottom of window and I can't move it up so I have to click the very tip of the box that says print. - This could be my computer problem too but is weird and that just started about 6 months ago.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Push stamp down slightly and push buttons on side to lock into position. Pull out ink pad. Put 10 – 20 drops of Trod at / Ideal Ink on the inked side of the pad. Once the ink has absorbed into the pad, push the pad back in.
Remove the rubber stamp from the base of the stamping mechanism. With the ink pad out of the way, the engraved stamp plate itself should be exposed. Take hold of one corner of the stamp and gently peel it away. It may help to use the edge of your fingernail to get it started.
Self-inking stamps work best with a water-based ink. Simply add a few drops to the ink pad and then use the tip of the bottle to evenly spread the ink. Let the ink settle for a couple of minutes before putting the pad back into the stamp. After this, your stamp is good to go!
Press your stamp all the way down and hold in the 2 locking buttons (located 1 on either side). Release the stamp so that it locks. 2. Adjust the date or number using the wheels provided.
