Is Push Notification reliable?
Android push notifications sent via GCM / FCM are not reliable due to various issues with GCM's underlying architecture [1] [2] [3]. Push notifications may be delayed, rate-limited, lost in transit, or arrive in a different order than which they were sent.
Should you use push notifications?
It's definitely better to use push notifications as opposed to text messages to contact your customers. Just make sure you don't send them too often, or else users will opt-out of receiving them. Send push notifications based on the user's location to enhance their experience and add value.
What is the purpose of push notifications?

When should you send push notifications?

This helps with my pdf files and is pretty similar to Acrobat pro. I prefer Acrobat pro to PDFfiller, but this is still very good software
