I am a slow learner...give me more time.I am 68 and not internet literate. It's better for me to fill out Government Forms through PDF Filler than in my own handwriting. It look very professional and understandable. It's like I got a Secretary. I would like to learn more about faxing and emails.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Application Date means the date on which an Application is received by the Agent. Application Date means the date the Department or private entity receives a signed application from an applicant.
Unless otherwise stated, electronic applications are due by midnight of the deadline day (not the midnight before it), and snail-mail applications (rare these days) must be postmarked by the deadline day. Frankly, most colleges will look the other way if an application is a day or even sometimes several days late.
A November 1 deadline means that you can submit your application through 11:59 PM Eastern Time on November 1.
To meet an application deadline, you must submit your application materials by 11:59 pm on the deadline date posted on your Dashboard. The end of the deadline date is in your local time zone, not the college's time zone. Keep in mind, all timestamps are recorded in EST (US Eastern Standard Time).
Deadline means “this day at the latest”. That day. You can give it to your professor at 11:59 Pm as long as it's the 15th. Once it hits 12:00 it's the 16th and late.
The official deadline is midnight on the actual day that the application is due. So if the deadline is November 1, you have until nearly November 2 to submit the application.
Unless stated otherwise a deadline phrased as “due on THIS DATE” generally means that one must deliver the relevant materials to their destination by the close of the business day on that date.
Deadline means “this day at the latest”. That day. You can give it to your professor at 11:59 Pm as long as it's the 15th. Once it hits 12:00 it's the 16th and late.
