The ease and operation was fantastic. I get confused very easily with all the new technology. With PDFFILLER I was able start at file I found in the browser and fax it, import a file and email it without any trouble. I will be using this a lot.

It's very easy to use and has tons of forms available. You can upload unique forms and it works great on those too.

Feedback: when using the "home"/"end" keyboard buttons, it immediately takes you to the top/bottom of the form instead of beginning/end of the text box you are editing. Just an unintuitive and weird feature.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to save LinkToFill settings so that they can be applied across other documents.

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.
