How do I reset my sum?
Turn off Bluetooth on your phone or tablet. Close the Sump App on your device. Make sure your card reader is not charging. Turn off your reader. Now press and hold down the power button of your card reader until you see “Release for BT” on the display.

How do I turn off sum up?
Briefly press the power button to have the device go into standby mode. Note: The reader will automatically go into standby mode after 4 minutes without use. To completely turn off the device, hold down the power button for around 4 seconds or until the 4 green LEDs turn off.
How do you pair a sum up?
Start a new pairing by opening the 'Account' section of the app on the top left (iOS: 'Account', Android: menu-symbol), tap on 'Payment methods'/'Choose card reader' and choose 'Sump Air' as your card reader. Restart your smartphone/tablet: by doing so, the Bluetooth chip restarts.
What network does Sump use?
Sump 3G displays for sending a digital receipt. The card machine makes use of the 3G network via the preinstalled SIM card in order to process card transactions. Sump provides unlimited data on this card, so you don't need to top it up.
